Just a minor complaint. There are only 3 teams who can win The Big 10 Championship. We are one of those three. Number 4 on some list is not only disrespectful, it is out of touch. The Bias toward the East is Obvious.
 

Glad the AP and coaches finally got on board.

We'll probably be around 21-22 in the CFP poll too.

Sorry but I think that is ridiculous. Michigan St. deserves to be higher. They are ranked higher than us in every poll and have a better conference record.
 

#19 in ESPN's Power Rankings (previously unranked).
 

My two cents: We should be around 18/19 or 20 at the lowest. Okay with 22, but don't think it is correct. Believe the College Football Playoff committee will see it more my way too when the only rankings that matter in the end come out on Tuesday evening.

Marshall, Colorado State and Ole Miss are rated too high. Marshall and Colorado State should definitely not be ahead of Minnesota. Would even make an argument that you could put Minnesota ahead of Ole Miss (who I believe has completely shot their load already) and perhaps Georgia Tech. Some of the voting media and some of the voting coaches got it wrong there. If I am not mistaken, Marshall has beaten only one team this year (Rice) who currently has a winning record. They should not even be in the top 25, imo. Undefeated or otherwise. Their competition/schedule is terrible. Colorado State I will give a bit more credit to for their schedule.

Otherwise, I am "okay" with the breakdown of it.
 

Although there is currently an 8 spot difference between us and Wis in the AP, if we beat them we should certainly jump them. Right now I think their ranking is based partly upon name recognition. They have a loss against a down LSU team, and a below .500 NW team, where as we have losses to the number 6 and 7th ranked teams, and a loss to a below .500 Ill team. Our win would then include a top 25 team at the end of the year with the same record as them. I hope when we beat them we will in fact jump them.

It's because they have won six games in a row. We will jump them if we beat them.
