Again, I think this is more of a testament to the culture of the program and the guy running the show more than anything. Even the BS bowl games where teams tend to fuck off if it isn't a major bowl are treated seriously within this program. Note all the mid tier teams such as ourselves playing in mediocre bowls yearly not having great bowl streaks like ours.

That’s fair. I was just comparing the magnitude of their wins. But without a doubt the ability to keep players focused is impressive
 




We beat Alabama in our 'less than' bowl game. Never forget that.

The number of bowl wins over the period is equal to Ohio State and Alabama. That's simply a fact. In that context, the tweet is accurate.

It would have been nice to win the big ten west once. Relax people we won bowl games against weaker opponents. It is not like we are playing in major bowl games every year. Actually only Outback and the Citirus bowl were major bowls and we were 1-1. It's kind of like womens basketball winning 12 non-conference games then welcome to the big ten. Call me when the games mean something.
