I'm sorry, I have to ask this...

WTF was he thinking?
" Because I was always out of town on the Saturdays, either with family commitments, or doing other things, so I never got to take the test."

I think someone could juggle their schedule just a little bit to squeeze in something as important as this. It's not like we are asking for these kids to work a car wash fundraiser or anything....if you get nervous and choke one out you have to leave some time to take it again. Who is guiding these kids?
