Somewhat decent non-conference record, horrendous start to B1G play. Another lost season.
 






It was 3-0 Badgers before Minnesota's only goal cut the lead to 3-1. Unfortunatly, that was the match's final goal

 

Hoosiers didn't get a shot on goal until there were about 18 minutes remaining. Of course, its not like the Gophers were peppering the frame-at least during the parts I watched

 






Nebraska scored two goals at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium
MINNEAPOLIS - Despite outshooting the Huskers 16-10, Minnesota fell 2-0 at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium on Sunday afternoon to Nebraska.
The loss dropped Minnesota's record to 6-5-4 overall and 2-4-2 in Big Ten play.
How it Happened
Megan Plaschko led Minnesota with four saves. The Golden Gophers recorded 16 shots in the loss, two of them on goal. Minnesota faced 10 Nebraska shots, six of them on goal.

Coach Chastain is actually recruiting quite well, give her a few more years to see what she does with her own players.

They need to get back to scoring goals, that's all that matters in women's soccer. Any team in in a major conference with a moderate level of athleticism and organization can play defense.
