Offering all of these WR’s makes me think a couple of the young guys might bolt.

Hoping it’s not Lanier, Williams or McWilliams

Or the staff isn’t confident in some of these young guys being good enough yet.

As others have mentioned, our top 2 WR are graduating so not surprising to see them going hard after WR in the portal. Doesn't mean the WR on the roster are leaving or that the staff doesn't believe in them it just means they want to make sure they have the position covered since we are losing a ton of production.

I understand that, I just figured they were a bit higher on the guys they have. Shoot if they get 2 or 3 WR’s in that are 6’3+ and can produce I don’t care who’s playing lol.

Malachi Coleman is a freak athlete, and only a freshman, so probably a great get for a developmental team like the Gophers, if he is amenable to development. He's a Nebraska kid, and Nebbie fans were ecstatic that he stayed home. He should've been a Koi Perich type. But he didn't get a lot of throws at Nebraska. Not sure why. Attitude issue as to classes or practice enthusiasm? Would be great if he landed here and bought into the PJ way of doing things. If Lindsay is the QB next year, we shouldn't waste his greatest asset: arm strength. We really need some blazers who can take the top off of a defense. Coleman is one, at least on paper. Theoretically, with his size and athleticism, he should be a beast on contested catches, too.

Noticed we had this thread last year but not this year. Central place to put all known offers out. As of 12/9/24.

Stoney Brook DL Rushawn Lawrence
Purdue WR Jaron Tibbs
Miami (OH) WR Javon Tracy
Coastal Carolina Edge Clev Lubin

Looks like a good site to see everything

I didn't see anyone report Gabe Powers. LB from Ohio St with 3 years remaining. I think we could have immediate starting spots for linebackers...

We need a guy to stretch the field!
