I know this is a bit random, but what happened with some of the Gopher Podcasts. I’m not sure there were many this year or maybe I missed them? Nadine did hers and didn’t Marcus Fuller and Ryan James have one they were on as well? I wish there was more opportunities to listen to content. I loved them.

Talk Gopher Buckets was pretty good, but also looks to be dead. I don't think they've made an episode since the coaching search last year.

Not sure about a Gopher basketball specific podcast. But, there is a growing number of Gopher podcasts. Gaard has one he does a couple of times a month that is Gopher specific on the Gopher sports website. Gaard, Burns and Chip do a separate one called Spare and A Pair during the football season. Burns has the Gopher Gridiron Radio podcast that talks football. I think he had a recent one out. Grimm now has one out that must be weekly or close to it that is outstanding. He has had some great basketball and football guests. Had Kirk Ciarrocca on this week, great listen. Whalen was on recently, Ben Johnson was on earlier. The Daily Gopher produces one, as well. There are a few others, including some Gopher hockey ones.

For sure. I like the weekly coaches ones and do Grimm’s with certain guests. I loved the dedicated basketball ones. Who knows, maybe when they start winning more there will be more interest.

It does seem like there's an opportunity out there for a young, knowledgeable, enterprising Gopher basketball fan to fill a huge void.

my question would be if these podcasts are free or behind a paywall.

I see Ryan Burns on Twitter promoting interviews with Gopher Football coaches, but I believe those are all behind the paywall.

1 of perhaps 3 they will do all year. It’s very disappointing.
I enjoy the Talk Gopher Buckets pods when they do actually happen. Maybe my standards are too high but it's incredible that we have so little Gopher podcast content.

I tried the Locked On Gophers pod for a bit and did not find it insightful. Sorry Locked On guy if you are reading this.

I kinda felt the same thing and was figuring that it was more information that wasn’t really insider and not in depth, which maybe was the few that I listened to and also related to him doing them daily. I’ll keep listening though.

I agree. Talk gopher buckets and gopher gridiron are very insightful.

I’m still trying to get used to the new Locked On guy but he definitely isn’t an insider and his pre draft review was full of errors which kind of threw me off.

The Daily Gopher podcast from SB Nation is decent as well.
