I would call the Ticket Office to make sure this is legit. I didn’t get an email and I’ve had season tickets for over 20 years.
 






When will they be offering free tickets to the general public?

For what it's worth, a few years ago when I changed my football tix to my name I was offered (and took advantage) of a similar offer. I think somehow I was able to get both a basketball and hockey game.

Yes, and it worked to some extent as I eventually bought a 3-pack (in addition to the freebie).
 

Tour of the football locker and recruiting rooms too.
