Jerry and PJ ( at first) often gave that ole "aww shucks, we'll do our best but we have a long way to go" thing before a season started.

I actually think PJ is pretty honest. Maybe last year or the year before (I forget) he commented that it was the most coaching or leading the staff had to do.

When he always states that the best teams are player led, that comment means something.

No coach is going to bash their team but if you listen you can catch a lot of insight.
