GH Podcast with Al Nolen & Jamal Abu Shamala on being roommates at the U, mentoring,
the Gophers alumni group, and of course the Rutgers and Iowa games. Really enjoyed having Al on, he has such an incredible story, and has spent so much timing giving back and helping other young people. He and Jamal were roommates in college and great stories too.
