I struggled on whether to move Iowa or not. I penalized Michigan for being flat 2 weeks in a row but I didn't Iowa. Not sure why but ultimately I didn't want to penalize them for losing on the road by 3 points to a ranked rival. The questions for the Hawkeyes remain but until Minnesota and Nebraska play someone with a pulse I will remain cautious on flipping them.

This week looks to be more of the same as not many teams have a true test. Wisconsin @ Alabama and Minnesota @ California are the only ones that I see that could really move the rankings at this point.

Doing these rankings the first four weeks of the season is not my favorite thing.
