I like Rob Hummel as a color guy.who will the announcers be?
Play by play guy last night suggested the remote broadcasting is temporary, and he looked forward to being there in person. I thought they did a nice job in the less than ideal remote situation. Also think Hummel is growing into one the best. Basically understated, honest, accurate, and mostly unbiased. Nice guy, too. Was willing to take a picture with me at the LA Thanksgiving tournament a few years ago.I like Rob Hummel as a color guy.
ESPN is still not sending announcers to some events, instead doing via remote. I hope that's not permanent. Also was frustrating while watching and listening to the Twins this year (of course paled in comparison to their actual on field performance).

Yes, same thing crossed my mind when he was talking about Curry, speaking from experience.Hummel was solid. Him describing Curry and his many injuries, was truly one of those very rare times a color analyst could specifically relate to the arduous injury/recovery/arc/cycle from multiple or repeated tough injuries. Same area - knees - too. At least one of Hummel’s happened at The Barn. That guy could really shoot/play before the knees.
