Are you going? If so when do you plan to show up?

With my family, we have a split situation. I am not going to the GameDay set at all but my wife and daughter are planning to get there early. I am hearing 5:30 is a safe bet for arrival? Is that true? They are catching a ride. I will then follow later and will either drop more people off around 8:00ish at Gameday or just head directly to my tailgate spot. So either way I won't be at Gameday, part of my family will be there for sure, and part if it will be a "game time" decision with a potential arrival time too late to be up close to the Gameday set but probably somewhere close enough to check it out at least.

Whenever they get sick of it, or around 10:30 AM, whichever comes first, they will meander over to our tailgate spot where we are anticipating a big crowd of friends to be arriving all morning, followed by the game, and finished with driving home together after what is hopefully a memorable win.

I am hoping to go to Gameday, but not be in the pit or have a sign. If there's no where great to watch it in person we'll head to a bar or something to watch.

We’ll be there, but going more towards 7:30 or 7:45 rather than early to get close to stage.

Will be on campus by 7am. Can’t fn wait!!!!!!!!!

To those willing to get there (very) early and be right down "in it", my hats off to you. I think the whole area is going to be packed like State Fair on Labor Day. Gonna look awesome on TV and people are going to be crazy!

Anyone else planning to go?

I was looking around youtube last night and happened upon the full broadcast from a couple weeks ago when Alabama hosted Gameday. I was underwhelmed at how many people were there at first, in the beginning of the broadcast. It wasn't a massive crowd. But by the end of the show there were people stretching far into the background. Far enough that I imagine many of them couldn't see or hear much of anything. I'm still assuming that with the bad weather predicted, my wife and daughter should be in decent shape if they arrive around 5:30.

I missed that there was already a thread on this.

Couldn't afford to spend $200 on tix, so my plan is to go to this, then meet up with some friends to watch the game at a gopher bar.

With kids home for the holiday, and one of them messing up on his attempt to get a student ticket, my family now has our 4 regular season tickets for the 5 of us. My wife has volunteered to sit out the game and watch it at a bar. So, perhaps you could hook up with her and... Ummmm... nevermind.

I wish I could go, but I have to spend Thanksgiving with my 87 year old mother. I'm sure if I explained the situation to her she'd say "That's fine, go to the game," but then again, she still offers me her coat when she thinks I must be cold.

I will be at the GD festivities with IAM4Goldy, not sure what time we'll get there. Will try to hit up a bar in between GD and game time though I'm sure it will be packed.

Go Gophers!!

I’ll be there around 7:30ish with my wife and two cousins. Making a sign and don’t even care if I get it on tv. I just wanna soak in, and be a part of, as much of this season as I possibly can. These don’t come around everyday, or every decade, or every few decades. But maybe it’s going to become commonplace under Fleck. this has been an amazing ride. See you all there! SKI U MAH

As usual, my 4 seats will be full for the game. Two will be attending GD and two will not. All will be in the tailgate lot at some point. Row the Boat.

Not sure what time but yeah we will be there. You have to take in this atmosphere and avoid regrets later. The entire season has been like this, Go!
