Went a few years ago. Visitor seats through Gopher Ticket Office were pretty good. In the endzone and a bit low...but not in the last row of the upper deck like Michigan.
 


Having been to a couple of 7:30et games at the “shoe” with relatives I was surprised at how well visitors were recieved. The local 7:30 start could be problematical for some who have starting drinking early. The overwhelming majority of fans were nice. OTOH, I wouldn’t recommend being overwhelmingly demonstrative in support of the gophers since over 100,000 Buckeye fans will be there. Get there early. Parking can be an issue. Local tip-if you have a handicap placard there is a garage east and close to the stadium with handicap parking
 

Was at the 2000 game with my son. OSU fans were fine. Tailgating before was collegial, offers of food and drink. After the game, the rational ones congratulated us. There was one drunken student that harassed us on the way to the car. Overall, it's a good visit!
