His worst recent loss, by far, was in 2019 to an Uzbek wrestler who then got 3rd at the World Championships that year.

But that wrestler has since been suspended for testing positive for banned substances, and had that bronze stripped as well.



The sad fact of the matter is that athletes in other countries cheat the hell out of PEDs. Whereas the US implements a very rigorous testing system here.

Maybe Gable is just so naturally gifted that it won't matter.
