Weaver is one of those kids that MN going to have to develop/build. He's got the height and I'm assuming he has some speed, but now they're going to need to take the next 2 yrs putting 25-30 lbs of quality muscle on him. Hopefully he then he maintains that speed and he's obviously a smart kid as Cornell isn't just letting you walk on campus because you can play football. It looks like 247 was a lot higher on him than the other recruiting services, giving him and 88 and rating him as the 40th best TE prospect. Let's hope they're right and 2 yrs from now we have something.

He looks like he has the height, agility, and hands. Like most TE prospects he’ll need to add weight and develop as a blocker. You don’t see a lot of 6’4” 250 pound high school juniors that can run and catch, the ones that do exist are typically getting that four or five star rating.

And he has known anger issues, so don't piss him off (for example, hiding his cell phone in the ceiling tiles)
