Since you are the master of all things Tubby, can you tell us what his record is over the last 10 games of the season during his career?
And if he ever makes changes to the line up?
Tubby was not one to make many changes in the starting lineups at Kentucky, but the pressure at UK is 100x greater than at Minnesota, so he may do make changes more quickly here.
Guessing somewhere between 7 and 8 W out of the last 10 games. Let me research it 4 U.
His UK record in final 10 games of regular season:
8-2 (1998)
6-4 (1999)
7-3 (2000)
8-2 (2001)
7-3 (2002)
10-0 (2003)
9-1 (2004)
8-2 (2005)
5-5 (2006)
5-5 (2007)
73-27 (73%) in Last 10 Games Of Regular Season at UK.
His record (at UK) in SECT postseason tourney games: 20-5.
His record (at UK) in NCAA tourney games: 23-9.
Combined, he was 43-14 (75%) in postseason games at UK.
7-3 at Georgia in 1996. 1-1 in SECT and 2-1 in NCAA.
Also 7-3 at Georgia in 1997. 3-1 in SECT and 0-1 in NCAA.
So 14-6 (70%) in Last 10 Games at Georgia. And 6-4 in postseason games there.
In all fairness, Tubby is facing the Big Ten with only one recruiting class of his own. It might be a bit too soon to start looking for his career's late-season trends.
Sorry, Tulsa is a little tougher to research. Here's some 411 from 1994 and 1995 seasons:
1994 = 15-3 in conference play. Last 10 games are all in conference so (presumably) 8 of 10.
1995 = also 15-3 in conference. Ditto on last 10 games (in conference) so (again) 8 of 10.
Both years, 2-1 in NCAA games (4-2 overall, 67%) at Tulsa.
