I never really understood why he transferred. He did show some promise as a freshman (had three double figure scoring games - that's definitely better than average for a freshman Pitino recruit).

If I remember he was a pretty bad defender and wasn't a good ball handler. I think if Pitino's teams have shown us much its that he prefers guys that can defend over guys who can shoot.
