This is a game we were supposed to lose.

I hate losing, and there's still time for it NOT to occur, but that's a fact.

It's killing all of us that we don't have more offense.

Not sure what the answer is but the kids themselves have not quit, especially on D.

There have been seasons past where that was not the case in these situations on both sides of the ball.

Calling Iowa a "good" football program is an awful big stretch. They are a good program as of this year and last year. They were good half a decade ago for a couple of seasons. Many years they are just as mediocre as the Gophers or worse.

Hayden Fry and Kirk Ferentz combined are 144-98 in the Big Ten. Is it even worth looking at what the Gophers have been in that time?
