I'll skip the innuendo.......attractive women are a recruiting tool.....and this gal is a dime.

I'm assuming that on-campus recruiting isn't searching out walk-on punters. Probably meant to keep current players from leaving. So what exactly does the job entail? Just another avenue for current players to voice concerns or comments? I'd guess to help acclimate new players coming in from other states.....but they have an entire team for that.
 

this appears to be the basic job description - at least in a general sense for the position.

Plans, organizes, and leads the football department's recruiting meetings as related to on campus visits.

it appears the previous person to hold this position was a woman. she was not unattractive.

it may seem crass, but if someone is going to be in charge of escorting recruits during their on-campus visits, an attractive woman may have advantages over some old guy - or even a short retired guy.
 


I hope everyone has seen the video of Deion bring all the woman in the department on stage and saying essentially "treat them with respect or you are gone". You may not like Deion (I do) but he is right on that issue.

I'm willing to bet the catch to that is that it is because they're his staff members ... gives no fucks after that.

Ok.....so it involves recruiting visits. That makes sense.....especially since we know how unsupervised visits can get out of hand.
