Fleck post practice video

Could be. Never said it was a big deal. Just remember Smith crossing the field, talking to him and getting him to walk to the tunnel because he was not moving.

I know you didn’t say it was a big deal. I was just sharing my impression from what I remember reading about it. :)

Pretty sure it was the Spring game but they also had a Fall practice at TCF. I went to all the open practices and a couple more. It was talked about in several threads as well.
It was Braelin Oliver in an August open practice.

Like Fleck said, they had a month to prepare for a single opponent...

Auburn had a month to prepare too. Does that mean Minnesota coaching staff > Auburn coaching staff? We did have our best games with multiple weeks to prepare. In particular, Morgan played his best games in those situations.

Gophs won, right?

Except SDSU.

So, that’s a yes?

Auburn defenders said there were a lot of plays they didn’t see on film. I’m not sure who gets credit for that, but I like it.
Yes, it was clear Gophs were the better prepared team.

Really good - despite the fact they let the TEs go out to catch some passes.

BLASPHEMY!!!! According to our founding father of NO MA'AM, "There shall be no passing to a tight end!!!!"

There was film on Purdue, Penn State, and Auburn. New QB and OC for SDSU in the first game of the season. “Scheming for ghosts.”
SDSU has had the same schemes, roughly, for quite some time. Pretty much the same schemes as NDSU. Both on offense and defense. And that's because of what their HC wants.

So this is only true to a small degree, in my opinion.

I was mostly joking, but it did probably help to have film of multiple Penn State and Auburn games. I’m not sure it would be ideal to play those teams in the season opener.
