I don't know if we have NIL figured out better than most of the other mid tier teams or what, but this staff is kicking some major ass in maintaining and acquiring good talent.

Damn near did in 2024. OT Nathan Roy was ranked No. 1 in WI for quite a while. Ended up No. 2 in WI behind an OT who committed to Penn State. That’s a big deal.
