Be very interesting to know who is not in attendance? Also, how were the coaches received by the players? What was the overall attitude and impression from the players? How smoothly is the transition beginning? Are they all in already or very skeptical of the entire situation? How much discussion will there be of the 10? Will PJ entertain questions from the players? Or will he deflect them all Mark Coyle style?
There is a lot to be curious about at this day one meeting.
 

Hard to imagine a lot of players will hold a grudge against PJ.

It's not like he axed anyone, he's an exciting guy.

Teams make transitions the players don't like... almost every time there is a change.
 

It will start out with some difficult conversations and then gROW into ELITE team chemistry
 


Im sure he will say well I wasn't here for that and what happened in the past is the past but I am here to change the culture.

Also keywords mixed in like ELITE, RowTheBoat, SKI-U-MAH, The BANK, BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIP

After that the guys will all cheer and hoist coach Fleck in the air chanting You didn't choose me, I chose you!

This took place yesterday and the coaches are gone recruiting now.
 



I love "RAMMING SPEED" as well as "Double-Time Hartch!".
