First Drive defense

We have had 3 different defensive coordinators in 3 seasons. Let's give Collins a full offseason to figure things out.

How do you know that was coaching and not blown coverage? Serious question. Everyone is always quick to blame coaches. Not saying you are wrong just wondering.

Speed differential needs to be considered. Even if our d-backs know what to do, they often lack the speed to get where they need to be.
Agreed. There is no way to tell from these photos that this is a coaching problem.

New position coaches on Dline, linebacker and secondary too. A lot of inexperienced first year coaches for Gophers.

Time to fire or demote Collins and bring back Rossi after he gets fired at Michigan State. I was at the game last night. Pitiful defense and gave up over 500 yards.

Your assuming Rossi would come back, not get hired elsewhere, and PJ would want him back. Not likely gonna demote a guy after 1 season I don't think. I'm trying to have a little grace in attitude some with that side of ball playing so much football this year, and a lot of younger coaches.

How many blown coverages on one drive would make it a coaching issue? Not saying its a coaching issue rather than talent. But at some point, bad execution all game long and all season long at is a coaching issue.
