If Shaka is the Gophers coach, you will... Buy a brand new pack of Depends.

Nod my head approvingly, and hope that means there's a major basketball practice facility announcement forthcoming, which would REALLY be the big piece of the puzzle IMO.
 



I'll take get up from my desk at work, go change out of my suit into Gopher sweats, light up a blunt and play this (okay, maybe not the blunt part, but don't rule out the rest)

That song is the first thing I thought of myself!! So you stole my answer - except for the part about lighting up a blunt.

.......be patient. He will need three years to bring in the type of player that he wants to run his system.
 

I think every coach deserves five years to see what they can do with a team of their recruits, but with Shaka, I would be intrigued to see what our current guards could do in his system. Between the Hollins', Coleman, Wally, Mav and Ellis that's a pretty athletic group, except for Mav. I think EE could do well as he runs the floor for a big man very well. Buggs looked pretty athletic in the exhibitions as well.

I seriously wish I had some. I've only heard the one tidbit, and the tidbit on the UCLA opening. I need some more sources!
