Supposed 4.58 laser 40 at 218 and 45 inch vertical. Was my #1 RB i was hoping for in this class!

Ayyyyee! :drink: Very nice get for Coach Kill! Not a bad July so far; hoping it keeps getting better.

He is rated as a 5 star?

Per the following from Scout he is ranked three stars by them:

Femi-Cole is a three star running back by Scout.com and held one other offer fromBuffalo. He was also hearing from Michigan State, Ohio State, Nevada,Nebraska, Rutgers and Wisconsin. The main recruiters for him were Coach Poore and Coach Reeves. They really wanted him and he should be a great fit in their offense with his downhill style of running.

Well false alarm than but he is clearly a 5 star on his profile.

You're right, he does. Looking at a few other recruits' profiles though, compared with articles about them, compared with their listing in the Gophers' 'commit list,' Scout seems to often show a different number of stars for the same guy in different places. (For example, Croft is listed as 2 stars in the commit list, but his profile seems to show 3.5 stars).

What a messed up site that is.

Looks like a bruiser.

This video from his Scout profile has the worst camera work I've ever seen at any level. The crazy angles and jerking remind me of a myoclonic shooting an old Batman TV episode.

Chris Clarke, a gopher b-ball recruit is a 5 star as well but is only the 29th ranked PF on Scout. He has been tearing it up though so he probably is a 5 star.

Let the flood gates open! I presume in the course of the next two weeks we'll be hearing about new commits.

Congrats to Jonathan! You've made a wise choice. You are tailor-made for the Gophers my man!

I really did not like the dead lift video. You can tell by looking just how strong he is. We don't need him with a hernia or a compressed vertebrae.

Obviously, Canada is not a hotbed of high school football but does anyone know how it compares to MN high school football?

Great news! I was hoping for this commit. He seems like a perfect fit for the Gophers offense.

The level of competition he has faced is a concern, but boy does he ever look the part.

The competition may not be that good, but at least from the highlights it seems like he is dominating that competition like he should be.
