Dribbles & Scribbles
-- In my opinion, Denver still shapes up as the team no one will want to play in the Summit League Tournament (March 4-8), Skilled offensively, and they have swagger. Carson Johnson, Zane Nelson, and Jeremiah Burke can fill it up, and 6-foot-6 undersized forward Logan Kinsey is underrated on the frontline.
-- All Big Ten fan bases except for one now are suffering from a serious case of FDS, Fears Derangement Syndrome. I suspect Michigan State's Jeremy Fears Jr. -- being compared to the infamous Brad "Nutcracker" Davison -- will not be well received in Chicago next month, and he will absolutely thrive on that.
-- #33 Indiana was the only bubble team to pick up a truly significant win Saturday. The Hoosiers edged Wisconsin 78-77 in Bloomington on two late free throws by Lamar Wilkerson. The bubble is wiiiiiiide open, folks.
-- #61 Akron has been eliminated from at-large consideration after its 89-79 loss to Sun Belt leader Troy in the MAC/Sun Belt Challenge.
