When the score is 70-50 some things went really haywire in that game. I'm not surprised some of our fans and trolls are using it to take shots at us but it is silly to try and draw anything from a game like that.

Week 1 is very different than week 4 in college Football.

Did Fleck turtle? Yes, he's vey consistent on that. You don't need to pile on with unnecessary and irrelevant comparisons.

Fleck is who he's always been. He doesn't have the weakest teams in the P5 to hide his "upside" anymore. His results at the end of the year will speak for themselves.
 

And Northern Illinois beat the fighting Catholics. What’s the point of dumping on us, teams have bad weeks, it happens.

Because it hasn't just been a bad week. They had a bad _year_ last year.
 


But we were told not to worry about how lousy this team liked - because UNC is very good.

Uh, JMU is FBS these days. Best team in Virginia. Unc is not that good.
