Utah surprises me...although you probably get ejected for cursing there.
As an alum of the U of South Carolina this rate does not surprise me. Because I left there in 1994 I am not sure of current practices. But back then they had at least a couple of types of security (the state highway patrol and "red jackets"). Those red jackets thought they were real bad asses and would kick people out left and right, or arrest them. They had a small courtroom in the stadium where people would promptly appear in front of a judge. The Citadel beat South Carolina in Columbia when I was there and some of their cadets got excited and ran onto the field at game's end. The red jackets, keeping the community safe, handcuffed these trespassing criminals, and quickly had them face down in the end zone. I dodn't think that their fans are any worse than other places I have been.
