They would have done 200x85 but they were not able to.

Pretty sure "Old" Mariucci/Williams Arena across the street was not NHL size either (nor Olympic).

A lot of rinks are that way, I don’t see the major issue?

Not only is it not a major issue, it's not even a minor issue.
