If the Committee decides they need to give at least one small conference team an at-large (not counting BYU) they will give it to UWGB. But I suppose eliminating the 2% chance doesn't hurt anything.
 

I'm pretty sure NDSU would not be getting an at large, but the rpi would be in the conversation at least. GB shouldn't get one vs Bison.

A Summit League RPI of 39 would not have been close to getting a bid in the NCAA's.
Simply ridiculous to think they would have had a shot, especially this year with the bubble as tight as it is.
This could be the first year a RPI of 50 or 51 from a power 6 school doesn't get in the dance in a long long time.

The Summit and Horizon are virtually equal in conf ranking at 14 & 13 respectively. Why would GB at 60 rpi be discussed and not NDSU at 39. I can't find at team at 1-38 who won't be In. Anyway, academic for NDSU. Should be a solid 12 seed.

You should really visit a board that gives a **** about the summit or horizon league.

Their RPI would have skyrocketed if the had lost tonight. Go through their schedule line by line. They would have no shot at an at large bid.

I don't get the hate. People are talking about teams that, while they probably aren't legitimately threats to get a bid, are at least being tossed around as bubble teams in certain places. Because of that, it affects the Gophers.

It's not about ND, it's about Herd feeling he/she needs to post on this board about his/her super special team. There is a board that poster can find friends on, and it ain't here.

Case in point, Herd makes a point about the RPI of ND vs. Green Bay, but feels the need to plug the RPI of "The U" in there, which does not belong in that discussion at all.
 



Happy for NDSU. Like seeing our neighbors in the Dakotas make the tournament, especially since Minnesota doesn't have any other D-I teams. Miles built the program, and Phillips has sustained it.

You might wanna recheck that. Southern Miss at 35 is almost certainly not getting in if they don't win CUSA.

EDIT: same with Toledo at 36.

Got no trouble cheering for the Bison, which I will. They have quite a few Minnesota kids, and they play an entertaining style. Phillips assisted for Bo Ryan if I'm not mistaken, and you see the same architecture in how he built this team.

Both as So Miss and Toledo are still playing in their conf tourneys and will either dance or fall out if the top 40 rpi rankings. My point that the top 40 will be in the tournament, hasn't changed.
