What's with all these new strength & conditioning coaches? Is Klein still the head man in that department?

Yes he is. My guess is part of Kill's plan he presented is to hire more S&C and we're starting to see it happen.

These guys have been a big part of the Kill success story according to coach Kill and there has been a lot of attention paid to them since they arrived.

If Klein is as good as Kill thinks (and history would suggest he is), once the Gophers start showing a little success, the helmet schools will start sniffing around Klein. So it'll be good to start training up a replacement in his methods.

I believe he has been with Coach Kill since 1994. No reason to think that he'll leave Kill. Plus, he's an Apple Valley kid who went to Carleton.
