I will be in the Boundary Waters just north of Ely for the Syracuse game. Does anyone know if WELY broadcasts gopher games or will I be cut off from all things Gopher?

I glanced at my spring prospectus the other day and I'm sure I saw that an Ely station was on the Gopher network.

They do, but not all games. If there is a VCC home game you may be out of luck.
