Drunk Skunks


Well you knew Madison would be on there. The average alcohol content in the student section during games is probably twice the legal limit. Everyone else in Madison is probably at the legal
limit.

Wisconsin has 12 of the top 20 and the top 4. Not totally surprised but that is quite a feat.
