Drake Lindsey WILL BE BACK with the Gophers!!!!!!!

Just need to shore up the OL and get him some targets to throw to.
Honestly just think he needs a tight end. Our receivers are pretty good if the young talent plays.

Martino, Coleman and Blassingame are all tall 4 ⭐️ receivers.

They also have Tracy, Smith, and Nuke (who they speak highly of).

They’ll need a few more bodies from the portal, but if they don’t land any high/immediate impact players at the WR position I think it’s fine

Should help attracting transfers when you've got a stud QB lined up.

Edit: Really great interview. Young man is grounded. I think I gained a new appreciation for Harbaugh and what they are trying to do. Going to more of a pro set is going to help with future recruits looking to get to the next level.

I am certainly glad

But having said that I really don’t think this one was a big question.

I have trouble believing that there was a huge bidding war or really many bids for Drake. I don’t think this years offensive performance would have earned a lot of interest. That’s not a slight on Drake, just a perception of what moves that “market”.

Disagree strongly. He had a very good year for a freshman (redshirt). Plenty of schools would like to have him knowing he's got 2 or 3 years left. One of them to our immediate East.

I think Wisconsin would be even higher than that.

He’s better than the Michigan kid. And he makes $3 mil.

I wonder if those kid's NIL ever get's adjusted ....

Raiola got big money, roughly around Drake's level this year and he hit the portal, I assume got "fired".

We're going into year three of this experiment, which I learned about for the first time when PJ was brought up during the Vikings game in Seattle. It helps explain some of what we've seen in the past two years. I'm curious if it doesn't change if we see similar results in year 3?

Was this change common knowledge? I tend not to listen to Fleck's press conferences, and don't recall seeing it on this board. Is this new news?

What do you think the "market" is for a starting Big Ten QB?
