I was thrilled the handcuffs were taken off Drake in the second half.

Curious on the 3-4 long balls he threw in the 2nd, they missed by a few feet. Is that on him, the WRs speed/route or just a timing thing. The balls looked well thrown and the WRs seemed to get some space, we connect on 1-2 of those and this is a 10 point win.

Great to get this W.

I remember Drake's arm getting brushed on a deep ball to Smith, and even then, I feel like Smith might still have been able to try to lay out and haul it in. But I'm not him so I can't really say. Pretty sure that was in the 2nd half.

Those are low percentage throws. A lot has to go right for them to be completed.

Line has to give him time. He has to make an accurate throw. Receiver has to be open and able to get to the ball. Etc.

Just to go on a slight tangent:

that one ball AK threw to whatever receiver in the endzone ... that would have been I think a game winner (might be remembering wrong when it was), incredible TD throw, over the shoulder literally perfect ..... but just an incredible job of our db to get his hand in there at the last second to break it up. Ball actually bounced up and was almost a Perich pick, couldn't quite hang on.
