Be sad. It’s the new reality. MN will continue to be a second tier (at best) program until the admin decides to go all in. It’s not PJs fault or the players fault. They are simply not as good as most of their competition. Nothing to be mad about.

It definitely shows in the product in the field. Different type of player the last couple years; not the same level as 2019

What more does the Admin need to do to support Gopher Football? They built an on-campus stadium, they paid Fleck a more than competitive salary, they paid his assistants competitive salaries, they built an "Athletes Village", they built him the "Larson Football Performance Center and Indoor Football Practice". What more do you want them to do? You want them to draw up plays too? Fleck has more Admin support than ANY coach here in the last 40 years and their support is at least on part with the middle of the B1G. The only thing the Admin has not done is to expect more from PJ.

Fleck has made a bottom-half of B1G salary since he got here, but more importantly, he needs more money to hire and retain good coordinators.

He has had a revolving door at defensive coordinator and couldn't even hang on to a guy that followed him here from WMU on offense.

Yep and any coach here is about equal to 13th in the big ten and about 40th nationally

Here is where he ranked 3 years ago - right in the middle of the pack at $5M. This year, he is on pace to make ~$3M/win.

This.
Lets not kid ourselves here, we got a nice setup. What did he call it? A sleeping giant?
