Does LSU loss guarantee an Iowa BCS?

Does the LSU loss mean that Iowa gets the BCS berth regardless of the Ok St - OU matchup next week (thus Gophers get the Insight)?

No. A conference can't have 3 teams in BCS Bowl games.

No. LSU was not going to a BCS bowl anyway. Two SEC teams already have that locked up (Fla and Ala). I do think it is almost certain that a Big Ten team will earn an at-large berth, though. Iowa or Penn State. This is especially true if Oklahoma beats Okie State and/or Nevada beats Boise State.
