Does Fleck get asked to interview for other coaching openings ?

He's got a good thing here and seems comfortable. He also has an AD that he is comfortable with, and just as important, the AD is comfortable with him.

I could be wrong but I think he's sticking around. He still garners cheers when he's announced prior to kickoff, especially among the student section. They love him.

Maybe UNC, but I don't think Kentucky goes for someone who has had one regular season in recent memory over 9 wins...

There is a really good chance he is a serious contender for some openings this off-season.

It wouldn't surprise me to see him being poached by a UNC or Kentucky.
UNC would be very surprising to me. Kentucky isn’t going to fire Stoops.

And PS, I don't think he is going anywhere.

Just putting random thoughts out here.. He is the head coach of a football team in one of the two strongest conferences for the next 10 years. I actually think this is a better spot than UNC, Auburn or Kentucky at this moment.

The biggest thing he's got going for him is his age. But he needs more on his resume before a true blue blood gives him a bigger pile of money.

He's the head coach of a team in one of the two premier conferences where the expectations are extremely manageable, it doesn't make much sense to me unless it's a step up to a helmet school

I don’t see him leaving until after Koi is finished at Minnesota (hopefully to go to the NFL)

Who knows? I don't think he moves. I think PJ is different and he may want to try to make Minnesota a lifetime job like Ferentz in Iowa. The guys who move around create no legacy.

No. We own him and he wants us.
