Nobody should get too excited about last night's win. South Florida was terrible. Error after error. A decent division 3 team could have put up a better fight.

So many errors that Hanson’s double digit kill streak ended.
 

It’s the same team that gave Florida a heck oh a match. I think the serve and block is what made S. Florida look so bad
 


Kinney with some good swings against Dayton. If she and Acevedo can keep it up the team will be competitive. Still not convinced they will hang with top 20 teams, let alone top 10, but it's a step in the right direction.

This is a young team, even some of the upperclassmen have limited experience. I believe Kinney, Gilk and Acevedo will develop into strong OH as they get more experience. Remember we’re talking about 2 freshman and a sophomore.
