It's news to me, thanks for posting. Good for him, it's always great when Gophers can continue their basketball career and make a living out of it!
 

Congrats to Kevin. I believe his Dad has been a HC for one of the pro teams in Austria, so that may have been why he chose to play there. Best of luck to him.

That's neat, but I always thought he would have been a perfect candidate to transfer to a Division II powerhouse. Good for him though!
 

Good for him, although I'm surprised he is still playing. He was an eye sore to watch on the court.
 


I think he has dual citizenship, meaning he is an Austrian citizen which makes him attractive to an Austrian team because the number of non-Austrians you can have on a roster is limited. So, they get a guy who has played at a higher level than most native Austrians and who doesn't count against the "American quota."

That's a good point. It looks like this is his profile, and he's only 2 games into the season. It will be fun to check back and see how he does, with the best of luck to him!
