Did Dez Howard just call the Gophers a cupcake on GameDay?

The Gameday talking heads dress nice.

So they must have a clue, right?

She also picked Oklahoma to win because she likes Trevor Knight and told him to call her and also had a little heart cutout with his head on it and she had one of Herbstreit from back in his playing days and pulled it out when she picked Ohio State. When Corso picked Alabama she threw corndogs and then ripped the elephant head off of Corso and threw it to the ground I thought it was a pretty funny pick segment but definitely some weird situations too.

She was the smartest of the bunch...and the most entertaining.

Katy Perry is weird.

One of the worst musicians out there. All about the image rather than music. Only reason she is popular is because she has captured the "I am a strong, individual woman" crowd.

Nothing wrong with strong and individual women, but Kay Perry exploits it.

I think you could say the same thing about many of the "musicians" now days.

LSU fans are known as corndogs. Thus, the corndogs.

Our players didn't take too kindly to being called cupcakes either.

Agreed. My wife and I actually laughed when she pulled out the plate of corn dogs. It was the ultimate insult to an LSU fan and, being that she admitted to this being her first football game, we found it incredibly funny. For those who don't know the story, LSU fans supposedly smell like corn dogs.

Who in the hell thought......."Hey!!! Let's get Katy Perry" on College Gameday?

Modern music has far more emphasis on the performance and delivery than there used to be. The sooner people realize that, the less grumpy grandpa comments we'll have to endure.

Gopher fans should either start sending cupcakes to the Gameday crew or maybe we should have cupcake tailgate next when we play Michigan at the bank.

Some good reactions out of the players

Shot out of an airgun? Maybe a whole squad of Goldy-like mascot figures can join you in the ass-salting of the donkey boys.

If we ever get a Game Day, I'm bombarding Herbie and Dez with Hostess cupcakes!

Howard has typically had TCU's back over the years. He actually picked us to upset OU at the end of CGD yesterday. Corso was completely dismissive of the Frogs and Herbie basically agreed. Our game against Baylor will be discussed at length next week on CGD, I'd imagine, which should bring Minnesota back up. Samford was a cupcake. SMU was a cupcake. Minnesota is a B1G team very much in the B1G West and conference championship race.

The shot Howard took at Minn--calling yall a cupcake--was ridiculous. Hardly anyone beats Michigan in the big house, especially in dominating fashion.

Pulling for yall over Northwestern next week. I can't believe they beat Wisconsin---surely they don't have another shock upset in them, right? Keep rolling Gophs---good luck!

I hate it that I like and cheer for TCU. The fans are decent & their success only helps us. It kind of makes me feel like I'm being unfaithful. The least they could do is post something bad about IA or WI

I DESPISE Wisconsin fans. They were awful at the Rose Bowl. Trailer trash awful. Walking toward the stadium some of their fans intentionally poured beer over the heads of a group of TCU girls. Which resulted in a guy in purple knocking out one of the ******bags and police/security intervening. The trash talk pre-game was ridiculous. Their post-game silence and humility was the second best part of that day. I loved watching them lose the Rose Bowl two more times for three consecutive losses. Then they lost their beloved coach. Basically the complete opposite of the classy, smart Minnesota fans that came down to Fort Worth last month.

How about Charlie Sheen? Everyone would be "winning".

I rarely watch ESPN's baseball shows, but I happened to catch a pre-game show a few weeks back, and Charlie Sheen was the guest. He was phenomenal - seriously. Told several well-placed anecdotes, surprisingly very, very knowledgeable about baseball, funny, charming, witty...I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Why are you surprised about his knowledge of baseball? He's one of the all time pitching greats for the Cleveland Indians and the California Penal League.

You're a very smart individual. I'll tip my cap to anyone who despises WI fans.
