P.J. Fleck is still milking the 2019 Penn State win. A top ten finish yes but I’d still argue ended up being a disappointment losing 2 of our last 3 season games against our biggest rivals. Our best chance to get back to the Rose Bowl and we blew it………. I’ve accepted now that a 8-9 win season will be out ceiling for the rest of our history
