Zero. Still not sure why I should respect TDS's opinion on our next AD or out previous ADs. I never suggested anyone should consider mine either - but of course I didn't offer mine. TDS is putting his out there and to me that is as relevant as when Oprah tells me why I should vote for someone. I'm sure TDS is happy you came to his rescue tho - nice job.

There are common characteristics of good leaders, whether they are leading and athletic department or a Fortune 500 company. He has obviously been successful at identifying those qualities.

My guess is TDS and NT ego's were to much for one room. I believe if the U would change it's name to Sanford U we would get a nice check. You can't go 20 feet in Sioux Falls with out seeing his name. He is a poor Donald Trump.
