I agree with your take on another thread that we've missed on some dline recruits and it's hurt us. But totally disagree that we can't win the West with players like TC. He's exactly what we need more of, dline is the toughest position to recruit, gophs need to recruit potential and develop...that's what they did with TC. I think a lot of 3 star or lower recruits would be lucky to have the career that he did...including Lucas. Perception is a funny thing, if he has his sophomore year stats this year instead of 2 years ago people are singing his praises. Bottom line he was a very capable big ten defensive end and a productive player, I would take more of him in a heartbeat.

To clarify, I like TC and think he can be a contributor on a team that wins the West. But he can't be the best d-end on your team.
