Pretty much sums up what needs to be done. I still think Leslie Frazier is a darn good prospect, but the wise choice is to gauge the interest of some well-established coaches and then go from there.

I'm not sure if the talent is there or not. If you have a bad chef, it can be hard to tell if the ingredients were any good. But a great chef can make a decent meal out of even poor ingredients. While I don't think that the team has top talent, I think that the talent level may be greater than what you might expect for a 1-win team. They next coach may have more to work with than we realize. We won't know for sure till next season.
