Darius Taylor when asked if the transfer portal is an option for him... "Portal is not an option."

It might not be a popular opinion, but I would take DT over Fame regardless of his injury issues.
I don't think there are very many that would disagree on that actually. Fame looked like a solid back but you can find a RB who can get you similar production to him fairly easily.

DT is a difference maker when he is on the field, much much harder to find a player who can do what he can do. You just have to hope he can find a way to avoid all the nagging injuries.

The bummer is that with DT you definitely need a good #2 and Fame looked like he could be that guy. But with a healthy Turner and some good looking backs coming in plus maybe a transfer we should hopefully be alright in the RB department.

I agree that you need a good #2 next season and I believe someone will emerge in that role. We'll be fine in the RB room without Fame.

We’ve all seen what he can be when he’s healthy (looked good versus Wisconsin) but that’s been a handful of games a year at best. Hurt or playing hurt. Gophers better have a good plan B, C, D.

This guy could get hurt getting out of bed in the morning. Good riddens.
