along with the earnings from his music career, Buffett established a series of profitable business ventures including restaurants, casinos, resorts, and a variety of branded products.

While not necessarily a full on "Parrot Head", my father was a big fan so Buffett was played in heavy rotation in my house and the car going back to 8tracks.

Personally, I saw him twice. First time was Target Center in 2002 and then again with the Eagles at Target Field about 5 years ago. "Dead"icated fanbase, for sure. Good times had.

Gone way too early. Saw him @ New Orleans Final 4 (free concert) & Wrigley Field. Great entertainer who will be missed.
