The argument that the athletes would be safer in a more controlled situation is the one I'm holding out hope for as far as having a season.

As mentioned on PTI yesterday, there is nothing stopping Alabama or any school from creating a "more controlled situation". That "situation" does not need to include playing football.

Seriously - Scott Frost has just made it clear to the whole world that Frost has more power than the University President.

Meanwhile, the U of MN President, Fleck and Coyle are all declining to comment or deferring to the B1G when asked for a statement.
 


I'm not expecting anyone to pay for my medical treatments should I come down with COVID. I'd be responsible, quarantine myself at home for 10 days, and that'd be that.
Unless of course you got severe symptoms, as many people in this country of your age or younger have gotten. Then you’d burden our health system, just like they did.

So far I am proud of how Fleck has handled this (deferentially). Harbaugh, the dude from Ohio State, Saban, the crap stain from Nebraska, the soon-to-be shit-canned guy from Iowa: not so much.
