Current 2024 scholarship outlook

Also, is Kallerup on this list? I have looked a couple times but perhaps I am just missing his name.
As far as I can tell, he is not on scholarship, which would be why he isn't on this list.

Unbelievable injustice if Kallerup isn’t on scholarship. He played in all 13 games in 2023, 2022 and 2022. He has scholarship peers who’ve never entered a game. I just refuse to believe PJ could be so incredibly unfair.

Per this tweet from 2 years ago, he was on scholarship...

Updated with Dallas Sims entering the portal.

He plays half our offensive plays. He’s got to be in scholarship.

Well we are now at 84 scholarships by my count, so there is space at the moment. I guess we'll see if it stays that way or not. Dragan Kesich is the other likely candidate and by my count we only have room for one of them to have a scholarship.

If either Kallerup or Kesich aren’t on scholarship, how can PJ with any honesty tell recruits that we have a PWO program (that can lead to a scholarship)? What must a PWO do the earn a scholie?

Updated with Jared Mangham, unless my count is off in some way, we are at 85 scholarships and shouldn't see anymore transfers in. Since the transfer window is closed, no more can enter, so the only way for more space to open would be if a player were to retire from football.

This should definitely do it for us. It's not like we're Mich and can stash a few extra guys on the squad by having their tuition paid for by NIL. According to Steve Deace who does the "Bigger Ten" and "Michigan Podcast" they had a number of players last year that were getting playing time that weren't going against their scholarship count, because they were being covered by NIL.
