He just got paid, and he should be young enough when this contract is up to get 1 more solid deal.

He and Knies are off to good starts to their seasons. It'd be sweet if they can both average 1 point per game or more all season.

I thought that insert whichever bc team, bu team or michigan team?

Personally I’d disagree though it was clearly the best roster we’ve had in a long long time. Probably best starting 5 if you actually put faber on the ice in OT but that’s another rant for another time

Agreed. It was a high-end championship caliber team, though.

Knies and Cooley both have a chance to be 1,000 point players in the NHL, especially Cooley. That would be quite an accomplishment.

Cooley not staying that extra year is always one of those you wonder how it would’ve gone.

But do not blame him one bit. Seeing him and Knies blossom into stars in the nhl has been fun to watch as a guy who lost some interest in the league when there weren’t so many impact gophers at that level for awhile

Yeah sudden death I always say go best on best. Funny part is Nelson won that initial draw but it went out of play. Never would’ve been an issue if that puck stays down

He had last change so it was a response to who Qpac put out. Majorly on him

While they're under 30 years old they're gonna keep their money and invest it. The dough from those guys is at least 10 years out or even 15/20.
